Goal:

Increase awareness and understanding of the impact racial injustice and inequality has on individuals, organizations, and communities.

Counter the negative impact racism has on our society by confronting racism in our personal lives and our community

What to Expect

Individuals will engage in a 60-minute virtual workshop and participate in an intimate and candid conversation that raises understanding of how racism impacts us as individuals, companies, communities, and as a nation.

• Explore institutional racism and the impact it has on cultures through story telling

• Develop empathy through crucial conversations concerning racism and the impact on our lives and community

• Become equipped with tools and resources that encourage and compliment growth mindset
