What to Expect

Tracy Duran of IDEATE COLLABORATIVE LLC. will lead a 4-hour interactive training and personal coaching to provide your employees the opportunity to build intercultural competence and gain an understanding of how our cultural experiences shape our perceptions, values, beliefs, behaviors, and practices.

 

Learning Objectives:

  • Build Intercultural competency

  • Develop deep cultural self-awareness and cultural other awareness

  • Gain an understanding of how cultural experiences shape our perceptions, values, beliefs, behaviors, and practices to help us meet people where they’re at
